DFA Data
What faults really do
DFA records every fault at the substation, on circuits utilities run every day. This site publishes what that fleet sees, rebuilt from the live data.

Reliability study
Feeder reliability
How reliable are feeders across Texas and Illinois, measured circuit by circuit?
How we measure
One monitor per feeder. Existing CTs and PTs.
Each DFA unit sits in the substation and watches an entire feeder through the instrument transformers already there. It turns every fault into an answer: what happened, which device acted, and who lost power.
